Creating Ecological Constituencies
from Desert Preserves to Urban Habitats Experience an evening of stimulating
presentations and discussion on issues about the south-western desert region.
Design with the Desert is not just a term or name; it is a philosophy that
makes sense for the Southwest. In order to avoid the potential loss of the
landscape in an irresponsible way, we need models of good practices and projects
that reflect a deeper understand-ing of the natural environment. This forum
will bring together notable desert leaders to present ideas and visions for
this region.
