As we are interpretational presences, one of those interpretations
can be put in terms of hypothesis. The validity of the hypothesis
is, at last, its usefulness. The hypothesis that I call minimalist
proposes that evolving reality is the Becoming and that the
indelible registration of this Becoming is Being (the past).
