Arcosanti Organics believes that growing and consuming healthy food enlivens the community of Arcosanti. We provide freshly picked organic foods at reasonable prices to the Arcosanti Cafe, Bakery at Arcosanti, and residents on site. Jams, fruit butters, and dry herbs are also available for sale in the Gallery.

Producing food in the gardens brings the Arcosanti project one step closer to its goal of self-reliance, increases the quality of life in our desert environment and teaches us about our connection with the land.
