The Skysuite at Arcosanti
is a two bedroom apartment rented by reservation to overnight
guests. The extensive use of glass in the living area
takes advantage of the fabulous view this third floor
apartment provides. It overlooks the Sky Theater of the
Colly Soleri Music Center, a great place for star gazing.
The Skysuite opens onto a roof terrace where beds and
pots of flowers, fruits and vegetables grow. Look closely
and you'll see a small composter providing compost for
the plants from the kitchen waste of third floor apartments.
From the terrace you have a great view of the landscape
to the south and access to the top of the South Vault
for a full 360 degree view. There's a small kitchen and
eating area in the Skysuite for guests who like to prepare
their own meals. One bedroom has a double bed, another
a single, but sleeping pads are available for use in the
living area if you've got more than three in your
