Big Crunch (B.C.)
While the Big
Bang (B.B.) seems to be a given, B.C. is hypothetical.
It would be a sort of symmetrical condition to the B.B. The
B.B. as the explosive origin of reality
and its becoming, the B.C., as the end of reality into a "collapse"
of such reality.
This hypothesis of a reality that
pulsates from a point-form beginning and a point-form collapse
, would be possible only if the gravitational forces of the
cosmos will be able via, a sufficient amount of matter, to
slow down the expansion of reality
and eventually reverse the expansion into a contraction to
the ultimate implosive moment of the Big Crunch. |
