This continues a series of reports [3/22, 3/24 and 3/29 2006] of the Paolo Soleri exhbition at Boston Architectural Center. The giant crates were safely delivered and the exibition started April 1. 2006. Paolo Soleri is on his way to Boston for his lecture THE ARCHITECTURE OF PLACE, THE PLACE OF ARCHITECTURE at BAC. The lecture is scheduled for tomorrow, Thursday 4/20, and will be combined with a reception and a reunion of Arcosanti alumni.

Director of Architecture at the Boston Architectural Center and Cosanti Foundation alumnus, Jeff Stein, arranged the exhibition and lecture. This photo was taken during Jeff’s visit to Soleri Archives to deliver some of the exhibition posters, brochures and mailers.

In the foreground of this exhibition photo is the silt-model of a bridge. This bridge was one of two silt projects constructed by a group of BOC students during a workshop with Cosanti Foundation teacher Roger Tomalty. Report on the silt workshop and exhibition will continue on 4/21.
