To continue the report from 3/26/07, concrete for the first part of the ramp has been poured and construction volunteers Darina Trendafilova and Brendan Maloney even the surface with a wooden guide.

Part of the workshop participants work with crew leader Ron Chandler. Ron teaches how to achieve the exact mixture of concrete for the surface intended.
The concrete mixture slides down this ramp into a waiting wheel barrow.

[from upper left] The second section of the ramp is ready for concrete to be poured. The concrete has been finished to a very smooth surface. Now David and Darina engrave the appearance of pavers that are of the same size as the individual path pavers around the new wall.
