? The 2011 Italian Night at Arcosanti began dinner with the serving of hummus, olive oil, bread, olive spread, carrots, celery and other hors devours.

? The café staff prepared large amounts of pasta to put into special Arcosanti wheelbarrows from which the delectable entrees would be served.

? The pasta was mixed and dressed with basil leaves.

? The café staff was more than happy to pose for a group photo when the cooking was finished. (Thank you Arcosanti café staff!)
