The Café at Arcosanti is a welcoming space where visitors and community members can relax, take in stunning views of Valletta Canyon, and enjoy thoughtfully crafted food and drinks. Open Thursday through Tuesday (closed on Wednesdays), we offer fresh baked goods and beverages made with site-grown and wild-harvested ingredients, bringing unique, diet-friendly flavors to every bite and sip.
Our menu celebrates the creativity of our staff and the dedication of our agriculture team, highlighting seasonal ingredients and artisanal techniques. Whether you’re here for a quiet moment, a meal with friends, or an indoor concert or lecture, the Café provides a warm, inspiring atmosphere. Designed with passive solar heating, natural lighting, and expansive picture windows, it’s the perfect place to connect—with nature, with others, and with the spirit of Arcosanti.

Café Partnership Opportunities
The Café at Arcosanti is pursuing partnerships with local food growers and purveyors to establish Arcosanti as a destination for farm-to-fork cuisine between Phoenix and Flagstaff. The Café is also actively seeking a donation of a commercial espresso machine.
